Manage Credit Cards

Welcome to howto content for adding, editing, and removing credit cards manually.

Theatre Manager keeps a record of all credit cards used on the patron account on the Credit Card Tab, including an ongoing count of the number of times each card has been used. Cards can be added manually for future use. They can also be edited for a variety of purposes, such as tagging them for use specific designations like Subscription Auto Renewal or Keep Forever, blacklisting and/or inactivating to block a card from further use, etc. If a card has no payment records attached, it can be deleted.
