Only workflow notifications without sent notifications can be deleted. This is an important control to maintain accurate audit records. If you want to deactivate a previously used workflow notification, remove it from anything it is attached to within the systems. To delete an unused workflow notification, follow these steps:
Open the Workflow Notification List Window
- Go to Setup >> Users and Access >> Workflow Notifications to open the Workflow Notification List Window

Open the Workflow Notification Detail Window
- Double-click the selected notification to open the Workflow Notification Detail Window

Delete the selected record
- Single-click to select the record you want to delete
- Click the Delete button

- On the confirmation dialogue, click Delete to finish the deletion process
