You use the verify process with the support team to change the settings on sold passes to whatever the current settings are on the pass type.
Find the pass type
- Go to Setup >> System Tables >> Pass/G.C. Types to open the Pass Setup List Window
Click verify button
- Single-click to select the pass setup to verify
- Click the Verify button
Confirm your choice
- On the confirmation window, click the Yes button to continue
